Summary: Everything about this Lodge was great. The staff were amazing. It is difficult getting unloaded from your car due to the hill you need to climb with luggage. The staff was there to help and there are luggage racks. I wish we had been on the main floor of our building as we did need to climb a flight of staff with our gear. The only other disappointment was that again I had to deal with a Keurig machine, I just don't like them at all. They are such a waste and I believe environmentally unsound. I believe the inventor said as much. Also, these new baths are pretty but made to be very slippery. And, no grab bars in this or many hotels.
