Its nice to go on holiday in Phuket, but how incredible is to be literally ON THE BEACH. Nai Harn beach is without doubt the nicest beach on the Island. 6 meters from the lake and 300m to the sand. This is the ONLY place to be. Newly renovated. Price listed does not include electricity.
The space
Our 3 story townhouse is perfect living for a family or couples. We are literally on Nai Harn lake and next to Nai harn beach.
When you enter the twonhouse you come into the living area where you will find a 55" new smartTV connected to the fast 3bb internet. We have some couches and terrific place to relax with our centra airconditining. On the same level you will see our new marble table and modern kitchen equiped with everything you need to enjoy your time in the townhouse. New Haffle oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender for your morning juicing etc
On the first level you will find 2 separate bedrooms both with on suites. One room has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. The room with the king size bed also has a 55" smartTV and fast fibre optic internet access.
The second room has a queen size bed with TV.
Top floor you will find the washing machine along with decking chairs to relax looking over the lake and getting a sun tan.
Water is free
Electricity is charged at 7.5baht per unit.
Guest access
The guests have access to a large swimming pool only meters away from the townhouse. It is usually has no people so enjoy !!!
Also along with the 24 hour guard you will keep safe along with undercover parking you have access to everything.
