Positive: The staff were lovely, room was spotlessly clean, great location, easy and safe walk from Tottenham Court Road station. Able to drop our bags after we checked out so we could enjoy the day in London without lugging bags around before returning home. Would stay here again when returning to London.

Negative: Woken up a few times during the night with banging doors but apart from that great stay.

Summary: Lovely staff, great room and great location
