Summary: Very easy going staff. Small rooms and no lift but that is typical in Europe and old buildings. Beds were very comfortable, not a lot of places to plug in phones though. The breakfast was alright, it's the same every day, they take your order and have essentially an english breakfast option made fresh for you. I would probably not have it included if I stayed again just because I'd like some variety. The hot drinks/soup machine was a nice touch, especially when you get in from a rainy day of walking.
