Positive: We love this hotel. The location next to the British Museum is perfect. Staff are knowledgable and helpful. We had dinner overlooking the garden and it was excellent quality and reasonably priced. The special treats such as choc chip cookies - fabulous!

Negative: Can’t think of any way to improve.

Summary: We use this hotel when we are en route to either Southampton or St Pancras and it is just perfect.
