Summary: The hotel was very stylish and the room was lovely. The spa was great too. However, we don’t have any hot water during our one night stay and we had to complain 5 times before we were given compensation. It was an expensive stay and not being able to shower took the shine off it and we would’ve liked a resolution without so many complaints.
