Welcome to your perfect getaway in a stunning Modern Scandinavian home, conveniently situated within a charming 1960s apartment building. Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, you will find excellent transport links to the city centre, while also being surrounded by nature.
Escape the lively atmosphere of the city as you take just a short 2-5 minute stroll to the nearest bus stop, which will whisk you directly to the heart of the city centre in about 20 minutes. With numerous buses operating frequently, traveling is a breeze. Your new home is located approximately 9 km from the vibrant city centre.
The airport train station lies just 1 km away, easily reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. Additionally, you'll enjoy the convenience of free parking available right in front of the house.
Your living area boasts a cozy sofa and armchair, ideal for unwinding during your stay. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi or indulge in a good book while lounging comfortably on the sofa.
The open-concept kitchen is modern and well-equipped, featuring a French press and a moka pot for coffee aficionados. If tea is more your style, feel free to explore my selection of coffee and some of my favorite teas!
The inviting bedroom features a comfy 140 cm double bed, perfect for two guests. In the bathroom, you’ll discover a shower, washing machine, and a drying rack for your laundry. You'll find a range of washing and personal care supplies available for your use.
On sunny mornings, take advantage of the lovely balcony where you can sip your coffee and ease into the day.
Convenience is key! A smaller 24/7 grocery store is just over a 5-minute walk away. If you're looking for more options without heading to the city centre, the larger shopping center, Kaari, is only about a 7-minute stroll. Here, you'll find a hypermarket that's open around the clock, along with an ATM, private doctor, restaurants, a fitness center, and various shops, including a pharmacy and an Alko store.
As this is my personal residence, some storage space is utilized; however, I have dedicated space for you to store your belongings. Please treat my home with the same care you would your own.

While there is a motorway nearby, facilitating excellent access by bus or car, it does contribute to some background noise. Rest assured, it’s significantly quieter than the traffic sounds you’d encounter in the city centre.

- The Finnish tap water is renowned for its purity! Please opt for tap water for drinking and cooking instead of bottled water; it's fresh and completely safe.
- Avoid disposing of food, oils, hygiene products, or other items in the toilet, kitchen drain, or dishwasher. For example, coffee grounds belong in the bio trash.
- Oils can be absorbed with paper towels before being placed in the bio trash as well.
- Trash and recycling bins are conveniently located in the inner yard surrounding the house, with designated spots for plastics, paper, bio waste, metals, glass, and mixed trash.
