This magnificent property benefits from an enclosed garden with an electric gate, a large lawn with 3 majestic century-old plane trees.
The private heated swimming pool is put into service the first half of May and is secured with an alarm system. Around you will find 1 shower, 8 deckchairs, 1 pool house with a living room and an equipped kitchenette.
Two terraces are also at your disposal, one in the shade of the plane trees with a bowling green and the other in front of the kitchen. You will also have access to a barbecue, a pizza oven with 1 bag of charcoal.
