Positive: Staff is amazing and very attentive.
Negative: Beach was beautiful from the distance of the balconies but sludgy. Couldn't really swim directly on the property. Resort credit is not exactly a full resort credit. It's a coupon book off limited services totaling the resort credit. Normally the credit would cover a full massage for instance instead of only $40 toward a $200 massage. All inclusive wasn't quite the same experience as a cruise ship all inclusive. Property is now Hyatt Dreams Cap Cana which was still a great experience. We booked as Margaritaville as that is what my mom wanted for their 50th Anniversary. Communication about the change never came from Booking.com, Margaritaville or Hyatt. I found out in advance by trying to do more research on the properties amenities - but we decided to move forward even after the conversion to Hyatt Dreams in December. Glad we did!
