Summary: Incredible service from the moment you step off you flight with the VIP airport service, felt like we were flying private. Yocasta and her team of ambassadors took care of everything we requested from restaurant reservations to golf tee times and transportation. The included breakfast was spectacular. Rooms are large, we had a 2 bedroom villa that was perfect for our family with teenagers. The personal golf cart parked outside our room made it easy to get around the whole Puntacana resort. Views from our room were amazing. Pool was a bit small but we spent our time at the beautiful and uncrowded beach. Can’t wait to return!
