This elegant two-story fisherman's house is located in the Isla Cartago sector, a quiet area of Empuriabrava. At the entrance there is a separate toilet with washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and oven. There is then a lounge area with TV (international and Spanish channels) and wifi, as well as a dining table for 6 people. There is a beautiful covered terrace with a high table and stools, a lounge area with sofa and 3 armchairs, a portable barbecue, an outdoor shower as well as a salt pool (2.5 x 5m) overlooking the canal. There is a 7 meter mooring (to moor a boat of 6 m maximum). On the first floor, there is a first double bedroom suite type (with a 150x200 cm bed), air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a terrace with canal views. The last bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and fan (non-air-conditioned room) and gives access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and bidet. 250 m from the house there is also a private outdoor parking space, as it is not possible to access in front of the house with the car. Youth groups and dogs are not accepted. Bed linen not included in the price, you can rent it at the price of €15/person (sheets) or €25/person (sheets + towels)
