Beautiful house with more than 150 years old, restored with more than exquisite taste, located on Calle Platería (for that reason that in ancient times silver-related works prevailed on this street).
Building with three floors plus a solarium. On the ground floor we have a beautiful living room, with semicircular arches, Italian stoneware floors, “Valentí” house furniture, a table with a one-piece wooden top for 10 people, a fireplace, a full bathroom, a Catalan-style kitchen ( Ideal for preparing quiet and elegant private celebrations), music system, CD (with many movies) and library with interesting novels of different genres.
Going up to the first floor, we have a modern kitchen with a central island where, in addition to the proper functions for obtaining good stews, it serves as a table for "spectator" diners. A large TV screen presides over the space.
On this floor there is a beautiful patio, sunny during the day and very well lit at night, a full bathroom and two bedrooms. On the second floor there are three rooms and a very sunny gallery (all decorated with noble wood) with a sofa bed, a very modern fitness machine, a music system, a TV and two armchairs (All prepared to enjoy, rest and disconnect) .
On the third floor or solarium, we have an open space of 50 meters to the sky, the sun, the mountains and the roofs of the adjoining houses, which undoubtedly their function par excellence are the solar baths. This floor has a room with the washing machine.
