On the first floor there is a tiled bathroom with heated floor, shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition there is a double bedroom and comfortable spring mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge and freezer, combination oven with convection and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. The living room has TV (with Allente, also German channels), DVD and radio / CD. Free Wifi for normal use is included. The courtyard is secluded and about 40 m² and completely paved in different soil levels. Garden furniture and barbecue available. Free parking space near the house.

From Simrishamn Station is Pågatågen Simrishamn Malmo and then it is not a long way to Copenhagen. There is a daily ferry service from Ystad (3 mil from Simrishamn) to Bornholm.
