À moins de 2 min à pied de la gare TGV Marseille Saint-Charles, tramway et métro, et à 10 min à pied du Vieux-Port. Entièrement rénové en 2024 par un architecte d'intérieur, il comprend une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un salon avec canapé convertible et coin dîner. Deux chambres avec lit double et rangements. Deux salle de bain avec douche, vasque et deux WC. Localisation idéale proche des transports, de la gare Saint-Charles et du quartier Longchamp. Restaurants, commerces et cafés à proximité.
