Summary: The rooms were excellent and very clean. There was no restaurant open on the property. They can improve by including that in their description or letting guest know in advance. The water pump also broke for the day while being there. They were accommodating by letting us use a room near the hotel to go shower and use the bathroom in the mean time. However, we did have to walk out of our hotel to the next with our things. Once again, not their fault but very frustrating and inconvenient. You definitely need a car to get around if you are looking to get around the area to do restaurants, cenotes or walks in the city center.
