THE RESIDENCE
The residence "Les Jardins d'Azur" 3* is located in the heart of a 3 hectare wooded park at the foot of the Esterel massif, in the residential area of Boulouris, about 150 m from retail shops (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy...), about 700 m from the beach of La Tortue accessible on foot, and 20 min on foot from the Port of Santa Lucia (excursions to Cannes, Saint-Tropez...) The residence is composed of 150 homes grouped in hamlets with Provencal charm. The gently sloping land facing the Mediterranean offers a warm green setting (maritime pines, mimosas, oaks, palm trees). The immense sandy beach of Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël and its animations is located at approximately 3 km, accessible via the small station of Boulouris at 500 m from the residence.
Due to its location on a hillside, the residence is not recommended for people who have difficulty moving around.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION
All the apartments have a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, kettle and toaster. All apartments have a bathroom with toilet, a terrace or a balcony between 5 and 10 m² with garden furniture (or a private garden with terrace on the ground floor). You will also find in our rentals enough dishes, blankets and pillows. TV included.
2 rooms for 4 persons, about 30 m² : living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed. On request, a 5th bed (heater bed in the living room) can be provided (with a supplement of 10€/week to be pre-booked imperatively according to availability).
