Our 120 m² villa on Boulevard des Fauvettes (13011) offers calm and brightness, ideal for work or relaxation. Air-conditioned, less than 5 min from the shops of La Valentine, it's within easy reach of the region: Marseille 15 min away, the Calanques and Cassis 20 min away, La Salette golf course 10 min away, and hiking in Marcel Pagnol's hills. Renovated in 2023, the villa features a living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and sunny terrace with garden furniture. The sleeping area comprises a ground-floor bedroom with double bed and two upstairs bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds). Two bathrooms with shower and WC, one on each floor. On-site parking. Perfect for a stay combining beaches and hinterland, less than 10 min from the markets of Allauch and Aubagne.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Parking in front of the house is prohibited.
