My home is perfect for city breaks, business trips and is fully furnished with everything you could wish for a comfortable stay! The house is professionally cleaned before every visit and my cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for including a dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table for guests wanting to spend an evening in with a home cooked meal.
-The living area has comfy seating and a Smart TV. It’s the perfect space to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
-There are two beautiful double bedrooms with ample storage space available.
-There's a modern bathroom with shower. I supply shower gel, hand wash and shampoo for my guests... less for you to pack!

## Neighborhood
There are plenty of eateries in the area and Sandymount strand is close by for anyone that loves the beach. The area is a thriving hub with loads of cafes and pubs close by, shops within 6 minutes. Take a look at my guidebook for recommended places to go in the area.
Walking times: 2 minutes - Intercontinental and Clayton Hotels; 5 minutes - RDS main entrance; 7 minutes - Sandymount village with its shops (Tesco Metro, Butlers Pantry, Spar); 15 minutes - Aviva Stadium; 35 minutes -Grafton Street or Grand Canal Dock. Also close to St Vincents Hospital, University College Dublin, Trinity College, Donnybrook Village and many Embassies.

TRAVELLING WITH A CAR: Free off street parking can be made available on request
TRAVELLING BY TRAIN: Sandymount DART Station (light rail) is just around the corner and its a 10 minute ride into the city centre. It also directly connects northbound to the harbours at Howth and southbound to Dun Laoghaire and onwards to Bray and Greystones. Only two stops to Grand Canal Dock/Bord Gais Energy Theatre.
TRAVELLING BY BUS: There are a number of buses into town from the main road (Merrion Rd) which is a 2 minute walk from the front door. To O’Connell St by bus is roughly 20 minutes.
FLYING INTO DUBLIN: Dublin Airport is within 40 minutes from the front door by bus (use Aircoach, hourly service, stop at Clayton Hotel 2 minutes from house) or car.
## Notes
For walkers and runners - Sandymount beach (9 minutes walk) is a great place to stretch the legs. Herbert Park is a 10 minute walk. If you have transport and fancy taking to the hills you can be in the Wicklow mountains in 40 minutes (small mountains with lots of marked trails and beautiful scenery).
