The modern galley kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for a great stay. The bathroom has shower, bath, underfloor heating, and relaxing lighting. The living area has an open plan and connects to the dining area. It is bright, modern, very beautifully decorated with high spec fixtures and fitting.

## Neighborhood
Ballsbridge is a peaceful yet centrally situated neighbourhood on the south side of
Dublin City. It is located only a 10 minute walk from the Aviva stadium, and a fairly short and beautiful walk away from St. Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street and Trinity College. Though upscale and tranquil – Ballsbridge also offers sides of culture, excitement and entertainment. Home to the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) – which hosts many of Ireland’s main events – you will find that Ballsbridge is a great place to become a part of the wildly patriotic Rugby games, terrific concerts, and charismatic cafés and bars. Sauntering through Ballsbridge,
you will instantly feel the perfect balance between a calm and exhilarating ambience.
## Transit
From the apartment, you will have easy access to bus routes to city centre right at your doorstep. An easy way to get to the property from the airport is by taxi, on a journey that will take approximately 25 - 35 minutes. Depending on traffic the journey will costs between €30 - €40. If you would prefer using public transport, I would recommend catching the 700 Aircoach Bus from the airport to the Leeson Street Upper (Hilton Hotel stop); a return trip only costs €12. The house is about a 12-minutes walk from there. If you wish to visit scenic places, such as Howth, Bray, Dun Laoghaire, Malahide, etc, the train station is a very convenient 15-minute walk-away from the apartment.
