The light-filled mid-century design kitchen is a chef's dream. With high-end stainless steel appliances, butcher-block & granite countertops, and all required cookware and utensils, you can cook whatever your heart desires during your stay. As one of the best rooms in the house, the open living and dining room is the perfect space for entertaining. This space also opens up to the sunny deck outdoors, where you can enjoy lush forest views of the backyard.

When you stay here, you'll be right in the heart of Mercer Island (1 mile to I-90 and 6 miles to downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue). You're also within walking distance (1/2 miles) of multiple parks, including Mercerdale Park, Homestead Filed, and Clise Park, as well as numerous grocery stores like Metropolitan Market and QFC. But if you prefer eating out, there are several shops, coffee shops, and restaurants located several blocks away. If your stay is over the weekend, don't forget to check out Mercer Island Farmers Market open between 10AM-3PM on Sunday.
From the home, there are also several public beaches within a 1-mile radius (Calkins Point Sand Beach is a local favorite).
