From the moment you walk in, you will not want to go home! There is room here for up to 20 people to relax, unwind and be entertained! Ping Pong in the front room, Comfortable couches and rooms to watch TV on the 55" and 65" screens! A large, open concept kitchen with room for several cooks at once! Light coming in from so many windows and it's almost always sunny here! If you must work while you are here, there is a desk, facing a window. High-speed internet is also provided. If you need to practice your putting skills... you can practice in the same room with the desk. (Although, it might distract you from your work...) The Master bedroom is definitely a place for you to relax and revive! A Comfortable King size bed and plenty of space will have you feeling great. The spacious en suite in the master offers a tub for soaking, a walk in shower and double sinks! In total, there are 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is capable of sleeping 22 people. (12 in beds and 10 in portable beds) There is a fireplace in the living room for your use if you visit when it is cold here. The inviting pool (not heated) with a fountain has plenty of seating (12 chairs and 2 loungers) in the backyard. During the warmer months, you will LOVE being able to jump in, get some sun and relax on your vacation! The built in grill (with small fridge) to cook and entertain is right in the middle of the action. People on the patio and in the pool... you can see them all. We have also provided a shade to protect you from the the sun if needed. *No overnight street parking. Best case scenario: 8 small cars fit at the property. (2 in garage and 6 on the driveway) Overflow parking is at the golf course .6 miles away (2 min) Free wifi - Free wireless internet!
