Summary: Was not very happy during check-in which hotel staff said no our booking, indeed I already showed the confirmation email from Hotels.com and staff still need to check & verify which took 45mins. Finally we got permission to have our room in main lobby, however, the staff were not communicated, counter staff again asked us to show passport & booking confirmation, very annoying. We told the staff we were asked to wait 45mins in another front desk to check our booking, don’t waste our time. Finally the bell boy told the front desk staff to give us room keys, then we can go to our room. Very unprofessional service, not acceptable a 5 star hotel provided this kind of service.
