An enclosed, outdoor shower is perfect for cleaning up after fun in the sun. A fish cleaning area is provided to clean your fresh catch along with a park-style to prepare it. A laundry room with a washer/dryer is located on the lower level.
Located in an exclusive gated community, Between Tides is close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, and St. George Lighthouse Museum. And the vibrant arts and culinary scene of Apalachicola is just a short drive away!
The first floor of this fantastic home boasts three living spaces and two dining tables in a loft-style, split-level floor plan. The well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters is perfect for preparing large meals. The upper living room offers a TV that features Amazon/Firestick viewing options (guest account required) and stereo. Comfortable coastal furnishing allows you to kick back and relax. A breakfast table, seating four is just next to the living room and flows to the open kitchen/dining area. The high-top dining table which seats everyone is sure to be a focal point of your stay. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts. A split-level staircase leads to two additional open living spaces with a queen sleeper sofa, additional TV, and access to the covered, screened porch with a table to dine alfresco. The second floor boasts four bedrooms. A full bathroom is shared on this floor. Multiple DVDs/VCRs are provided. The elevator accesses the foyer, first and second floors.
