Please be advised that our Pools and Spa are not heated. Both Pools and Spa can be heated at your request. We ask your request must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to assure water temperatures meet your satisfaction. There is an additional charge for this service, $30 per day, minimum $90 charge.
**The resort does not allow RVs, buses, campers, trailers, boats, minibuses, etc. to be parked in the resort at any time.
By Booking with us, you agree to the following:

- No smoking inside the unit.
- You will not have any parties or events.
- We provide the initial amount of paper towels, toilet paper, soap and etc. If you run out during your stay, the guest is responsible for the rest.

The living area have top-quality sofa seating, large flat-screen TVs, and Double Sliding Patio Door reading to your private swimming pool.
The entire vacation rental house is light, bright and airy.
You will find a formal dining room with table seating for 10, and the breakfast bar seating for 4.
There is an oversized double-door refrigerator, stove/oven, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. Pots and pans, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishes , glasses silverware make preparing
home cooked meals for your entire group quick and easy.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note that some areas of this community are currently under construction. However you will have access to all amenities of The Hideaway Club. This house considered to be self catering. We provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo and 1 conditionate per bathroom. We provide dish soap and laundry detergent. Pool Heat is available for an additional Fee - $25/day and 3 days minimum.
