Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Short trip to the beach on a sandy path across a little bridge. Beach chairs, towels and two kayaks available. The rental agreement states no charcoal grills allowed, but there are two provided. We didn't use them. No propane grill on site. The house was clean. Comfortable beds. Well decorated. Kitchen is pretty well supplied with dishes, utensils, a variety of cookware, a regular coffee pot and a full size Keurig. Be sure to check all cupboards throughout the house because several things were provided to use in other areas of the house. Iron is in laundry room, which has full size washer and dryer, but could not find an iron board. Lots of windows for natural light. The decks face the beach, and we utilized those often. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: There are a LOT of stairs, which was only hard on us because there were 7 of us....all over 50....lugging up food and pans for meal prep. Most of the pans you would need to make any dish are already provided, but we prepped a lot of meals at home and brought them. We contacted property management for use of a lift that appears to be on site behind locked doors, but apparently there is no lift available. I guess the house was built to accommodate one, but one hasn't been installed yet. Iron was provided and located in laundry room, but could not find an iron board anywhere in the house.

Summary: Beautiful and would definitely stay here again.
