Positive: In principle, location is good: there is a ski lift a few hundred feet away. In practice, we could not use it because I was there for work and my conference sessions started at 7:30 and the lift only at 8:30.
Negative: One day when we got back to the condo at the end of the afternoon, we found a notice on our door saying we had to find alternative parking for the next day because the parking lot would be cleared of snow. There was no information where to park, other than a link to breck.park which is a hard-to-read map from the town of Breckenridge of mainly commercial parking lots (expensive!). The only contact information was an email address (no phone number) and two messages to this address were never answered. The next morning, someone came and told us where we could park which solved the problem but the communication was poor. I thought the whole evening what we should do the next morning, and I would have preferred not having to deal with this aggravation. Another issue were repeated message that arrived about every other day before arriving at the condo, and even after the rental. I had contacted vacasa and they said that I could ignore the messages (I had signed the contract a long time ago) but why did they spam my email box with these message if they knew that the problem had been solved?
