3 Bedroom Villa in Kissimmee

Unit has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.
Recently remodeled and all furniture is new. Kitchen is fully equipped. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Condo unit is very spacious. There are 3 flat screen TVs in the unit. One bedroom does not have a tv. Washer and dryer are brand new. WI/FI is included. Unit is managed by its owner who takes pride in its cleaning and making sure that things are in perfect order. We are located 3.5 miles from DISNEY and short distance from all other attractions. Orlando International Airport is 25 minutes away. We are centrally located near 192 Resort Area and close to restaurants and shopping. Unit accommodates 8 people. It’s the max capacity allowable by law.
SAFE is available in the unit. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom as well as living room. Recessed lighting in the kitchen. As previously mentioned, the unit is very spacious. There is a small crib and other baby stuff available in the unit.
We supply toiletries, paper towels (1 roll), napkins,
dishwasher pods, dishwasher detergent, bathroom tissue (a couple of rolls), coffee filters and sugar.

Summary: The condo was very clean and very well equipped! The owner had even stocked paper products (plates, paper towels, etc.). She truly went above and beyond as a host. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only issue we had was the master bed was very firm which isn't really an issue with the condo itself, more of a personal issue. We would for sure stay here again! Oh and the owner even left flowers and a gift for my daughter after telling her this trip was for her! Truly excellent!
