Summary: My family and I made a last-minute decision to spend our Thanksgiving holiday in Gaviotas. As a result of our poor planning, we had limited properties to choose from. Well, we couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay with Alexei at this property. The house was perfectly acquainted - everything that you need, but nothing that you don't. Great two-bedroom home with traditional Spanish details and very clean. Also a great location for kids as its situated right above the park, next to the tennis courts, and a short walk from pool and beach. Check in process was easy and Alexei was super attentive throughout our entire stay. We would highly recommend this property for future visitors, but likely not for more than 6 travlers. We will be back for sure!
