Featuring one bedroom and bathroom, this cozy home is welcoming and ready for guests to come and enjoy the Delaware Beaches. *Please note: One flight of steps is required to enter this rental unit, and it is cooled by one a/c cooling unit. The cottage has off-street parking for one car, plus an additional on-street parking permit provided by the owner. *This is a non smoking unit, pets are not permitted.
