Spend your days in soft Florida sand when you escape to The Beach House in Indian Rocks Beach! This waterfront home on the edge of the Intracoastal Waterway offers a private backyard pool, a deck and a patio that provide ample outdoor lounge space, and a private dock on the water where you can tie up your fishing boat!
This comfortable, breezy home sits right on the Intracoastal Waterway in a quiet neighborhood of Indian Rocks Beach, half a mile east of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. You'll be half a mile south of the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve, where you can take morning walks and observe local wildlife on boardwalks that wind through mangroves, and one mile south of several excellent restaurants in the heart of town.
Things to Know
Two rollaway beds are stored for guest use and are only recommended for small children.
No swimming is allowed in the channel behind the home.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Summary: When we arrived we noticed the pool was not nearly as big as the pictures made it look (clever photography) and was full lof leaves and debit so was unusable, I did try to arrange for someone to come over and that didnt happen untill the following afternoon, the pool was also very low on chlorine. The actual house was in a good location but does need a serious update, it was what I'd call 'tired' and not the cleanest. We will defiantly not be returning and would not recommend to friends and family, especially considering how expensive it was to stay there. Overall very disapointed.
