Enjoy an expansive piece of sound-front property, a pair of kayaks to take out each morning, and a private hot tub for evening soaks under the stars. This two-story home boasts 70 feet of bulkheaded waterfront on Appletree Cove, with east-facing views of the sunrise over the Cascades, the Kingston-Edmonds ferry, and the local Fourth of July fireworks. In a prime location, you'll be mere blocks from the center of Kingston, where you'll find the Village Green, the ferry dock, a boat launch, and a number of cute restaurants and shops.
Spend your mornings exploring Bainbridge Island, Port Gamble, and other nearby attractions, saving your afternoons for the property's wonderful outdoor spaces. Play tag with your kids in the grass, get either of the two gas grills going and gather on the back patio for dinner overlooking Puget Sound. It's a beautiful, private setting for unwinding in the hot tub and roasting marshmallows around the firepit at the water's edge. Adjacent to the home is a private pickleball/basketball court for additional outdoor fun.
