There is ample concrete parking with one covered parking space, leading to a dry, under house entry. Conch Sound offers a small boat dock that is perfect for kayaking, catching a fresh seafood dinner, and accessing Pamlico Sound's endless bounty. Inside, the tiled dry entry opens to a laundry nook with vacation-size front loaders. The lower level has four bedrooms–the queen main bedroom one has direct deck access and a full bath with tub/shower. Queen bedroom two continues on with hardwood floors with access to the nearby hall bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three has more hardwood and two single beds. And queen main bedroom four has direct deck access and a full bath with tub/shower. The full hall bath with a shower is located across from the laundry area. Upstairs, Conch Sound’s large great room with cathedral ceiling, warm hardwood, and tile floors really shine. The extra-large kitchen has a breakfast island. An extra-large fridge is just across from the dining area. There is also a welcome half bath on this floor. The living area is well furnished and has a flatscreen TV.
