This luxury new construction on Lake Poygan, WI is a perfect year-round vacation destination. The incredible panoramic views while dining on the balcony in the summer or getting cozy by the fireplace in the winter makes this home a relaxing retreat. The home is on a channel with a private dock for all your water toys and easy access to the lake. Two fire pits (1in the front lawn and 1 transportable fire pit and all the free firewood across the street), a fish cleaning station and a vegetable /herb/flower garden across the street. Stay for the 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, year-round rec room and flat screen tv's.
