Positive: Location was great Apartment was spacious Could do with a little spruce up with visible stains on carpet and couch Reason for booking was the kid friendly pool for our autistic daughter who loves water, when we checked in at 4pm went straight down to jump in and it looked like it was not in use for a long time we turned on the lights and spa . Water was freezing , contacted the resort they said to wait 20 mins we froze just to please our daughter who still splashed around for that time shaking like a leaf. Could not use the spa to allow our daughter to continue with water play as there was no plug and for hygenic reasons did not let her jump in, jets were all rusty so we contacted the resort saying pool and spa still not working and we needed answers as our first night of paying nearly $300 for amenities and facilities that were out of order or not in use was ridiculous. Three hours on after putting the kids to sleep we received a call saying that the heating element was broken and both spa and pool would not be repaired for at least three days. We were ropable as it is the school holidays and our autistic toddler was so looking forward to this trip. We were offered a slight discount for the inconvenience for our three day stay but the whole reason we booked it was for the pool. We were offered to check out to be eligible for refund on the same evening. We explained we cannot wake up three kids and drive back to melbourne pack everything up and wake up kids past their bedtime forcefully we stayed the night packed up first thing in the morning and found accomodation in the city with a pool for next two nights. We checked out Tuesday morning and was advised by staff that they are still waiting for the cleaners report and have not received our refund as yet for the remaining two days.

Negative: Big stains on carpet and furnishings visible to the eye which was a little off putting One of the bedrooms had a mattress under it with big stains on the side which was visible to the eye and looked like it never has been sanitised
