Positive: Staff was helpful guiding me to their premises albeit a bit of a late check in. They were a bit hesitant at first to allow to keep my backpack for a couple of hours although they eventually did
Negative: Specifically asked “If you arrive after 19:00 p.m., you will be charged a 5 euros and if you come later than 22:00 pm you have to pay 10 euros in cash for the person waiting for your arrival.” They have been aggressive over WhatsApp about it. They should clearly state the same on booking.com
