The space
Our apartment is uniquely designed. When you enter the apartment you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment.Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit is a marvel to behold.In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking. The kitchen is equipped with the basics so you can enjoy a nice meal.The living room has a couch and a Murphy bed (see photos of it closed in a black closet, and opened).
The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo.Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer, also no dishwasher.There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 68-78.Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

The entire house plus the backyard is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

Please please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and we do not provide service between 9 pm - 8 am. Also, Parking is limited to one car.
Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly up to 20lbs and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
