Built in 1912, this centrally located, private shotgun-style duplex (pass through bedrooms) with 12-foot ceilings will be sure to compliment your visit to Nola.
Only 3 blocks from St.Charles Ave, this house is perfectly located to explore all that New Orleans has to offer including easy access to Mardi Gras parades, St.Charles Ave Street Car, Garden District, Magazine Street and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, Downtown/Convention Center, the Superdome and more!
You will be staying in a full, completely private side of a duplex with free street parking and one off street stop shared with our other unit on a first come first serve basis . Because it is a traditional shotgun floorplan, the bedrooms are walkthrough.
