**BEDROOMS**
Designed with large families and groups in mind, this 2,000 square foot home offers plenty of space for 10 guests, with four bedrooms located on the second floor plus a large sectional couch in the living room. Each bedroom has a fan and high quality beds to ensure maximum comfort and quality sleep.
Master Bedroom offers a comfortable King Bed with Smart TV to enjoy complimentary streaming services in bed. Equipped with a cooling ceiling fan and plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings.
The second and third bedroom enjoy comfortable queen sized beds with sturdy bed frames night stands and large closet space.
The 4th bedroom has two twin temperpedic beds and a shared night stand with ample charging space for electronics.
BATHROOMS:
Our Carlsbad Home has two separate bathrooms. One bathroom is on the first floor with a rain shower and plenty of storage. The second bathroom is newly remodeled with full shower and dual sinks located upstairs with all the bedrooms.
KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM:
With a fully stocked kitchen and new appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishwater, and utensils you and your little ones will need. We even provide coffee for our Keurig Coffee Maker along with creamer and splenda. You can find salt, pepper and cooking oil here as well. Enjoy your home cooked meals in the large dining area; the solid wood dining table comfortably seats 6 with the ability to add a leaf to host for 10 people. Enjoy breakfast and coffee around the kitchen counter with the 4 high top bar stools before you take on your SoCal fun filled days!
The large living room offers complete relaxation in our tropical paradise. Lounge on the large sectional sofa and enjoy complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney and ESPN on our 70 inch Smart TV.
GAME ROOM:
Family game nights are a special time to bond with your crew. The kids will love the large pool table, wall mounted connect 4 and dart board to play in our spacious game room. We even offer a piano to try out your musical talents!
OUTSIDE SPACE:
Arguably the best part of this home, the outdoor living area is the perfect place to experience the best of Southern California’s beautiful weather.. Surrounded by local plant life and palm trees, you’ll feel as if your in your own private tropical paradise. People before have said the land has healing properties and you will notice the zen vibes of this relaxing space. The large private yoga area is shaded to enjoy some morning yoga or workout routines. Take a dip in the spacious hot tub that sits under the trees and solar patio lights. Patio table sits 6 to enjoy a BBQ on the grill with the whole family. And don’t miss out on cooking up some delicious smores’ around the gas powered bon fire pit and make some good vacation memories!
When headed to the beach, take advantage of the beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and toys for the kids. Surf Boards and Paddle Boards provided for you to enjoy.

As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard, garage, beach gear, paddle boards, surf boards and 4 bikes. There are three parking spots available: two in the driveway and one in the garage. We also share a long driveway with the ADU tenant so additional parking may be used there in addition to the street.
You will be given a key code for the smart lock, so no need to keep track of keys. There’s also a security camera on the home’s exterior to ensure safety at all times.
We respect your privacy and are always available by phone if you need anything. Please message us during normal business hours for your needs. We are available 24/7 in times of emergencies and please don't hesitate to call.

☀ Kid-friendly: We have one complimentary pack and play available at the home. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!
☀ There is a private ADU home located next to the property with the entrance to that unit sharing the same driveway as the home. The tenant uses the shared garage to do laundry occasionally. You may access the garage via the keypad from the outside or through the kitchen.
☀ Guests can expect to hear noise from nearby train that runs through all coastal beach towns in North County. Majority of our guests never report it to be an issue. You can request ear plugs prior to your stay if you feel you will need them.
☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the garage. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the kitchen. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

13) NO SAND, DIRT AND/OR GRASS INSIDE HOT TUB. USE WASH BUCKET FOR FEET PRIOR TO ENTERING TUB. HOT TUB IS INSPECTED AFTER EACH GUEST. IF HOT TUB REQUIRES ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND THE WATER NEEDS TO BE DRAINED, A $1000 FEE WILL RESULT.
14) A MINUT NOISE DECIBEL MONITOR IS LOCATED ON THE KITCHEN CEILING. IF GUESTS ARE CREATING NOISE EQUIVALENT OR GREATER THAN 80 DB BETWEEN 10PM-10AM, WE WILL ASK YOU TO TURN DOWN THE NOISE TO APPROPRIATE LEVELS. IF NOISE LEVELS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 80 DB PERSIST, HOST RESERVES RIGHT TO CANCEL RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION. WE HAVE ONE SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE GARAGE THAT FACES THE ENTRANCE TO THE DRIVEWAY. IT DOES NOT FACE INSIDE THE HOME. BOTH OF THESE WILL BE ON DURING YOUR STAY
