Beautiful rustic house, lined with Mallorcan stone in the city of Inca, with private pool and capacity for 5 guests.The exterior area is wonderful, with a large chlorine pool of 12 x 5 m with a depth of 1-2m and, and a 4 sun loungers. A beautiful fully furnished porch and terrace invite you to celebrate unforgettable family evenings. Perhaps you would like to taste an exquisite barbecue after a long day at the pool?
The house of about 135 m² distributed on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, all with wardrobe; one of them with double bed and two with two single beds and air conditioning. If you are traveling with baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair on request. There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cozy and has a comfortable sofa, TV-Sat and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large dining table for 8 guests also has a sofa and A / C. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary utensils. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those who seek tranquility without getting too far from the village. Inca is a small town in the center of the island with a lot of charm and a great variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. For those wishing to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes driving, you will reach the north coast and the magnificent fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use.
