Villa i Broi si trova in località Cisano a 2 Km. da Bardolino, in posizione estremamente panoramica con affaccio sul lago, la villa risale a metà "800 e conserva il sapore dell'epoca anche nell'arredamento. Il parco a disposizione degli opiti è di circa 20.000 mq ed è composto da un giardino all'italiana che inizia dall'ingresso principale della villa e termina con una balaustra in pietra da cui si gode di una bellissima vista del lago, sulla sinistra troviamo una zona alberata con zone relax e il barbecue, sulla destra è stata realizzata una piscina 6x12 m. con un pergolato, uno spogliatoio con doccia e un secondo barbecue. Adiacente alla villa un'ampia terrazza coperta con una tenda attrezzata cun tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto. I custodi abitano in una casa confinante con la villa ed hanno accessi e spazi esterni separati. Cisano, dove si trovano negozi di generi alimentari, dista solo 500 m.e si può raggiungere anche a piedi.
La villa è dotata di Stereo con CD, collegamento ad internet WIFI, lavastoviglie e lavatrice e aria condizionata nelle tre camere matrimoniali al primo piano.
PIANO TERRA: grande soggiorno con camino, sala pranzo, cucina con lavastoviglie, piccolo salottino TV, 1 camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia, lavanderia con lavatrice (da tutte le stanze si accede al giardino). Salendo alcuni gradini si accede ad un grande bagno con vasca e doccia. PRIMO PIANO: piccola sala lettura, 1 camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia, 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 camere a due letti, 1 bagno con doccia (aria condizionata nelle tre camere matrimoniali) All'esterno, vicino all'accesso della cucina troviamo una grande veranda coperta e chiusa con vetrate con salottino e tavolo per mangiare ed una grande terrazza con tenda attrezzata per mangiare all'aperto.

Villa i Broi is located in the locality of Cisano, 2 km from Bardolino, in an extremely panoramic position overlooking the lake, the villa dates back to the mid "800s and retains the flavor of the time even in the furnishings. The park available to the guests is about 20,000 square meters, and consists of an Italian garden that starts from the main entrance of the villa and ends with a stone balustrade from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, on the left we find a wooded area with relaxation areas and the barbecue, on the right there is a 6x12 m. swimming pool with a pergola, a dressing room with shower and a second barbecue. Adjacent to the villa is a large covered terrace with a tent equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The wardens live in a house next to the villa and have separate entrances and outdoor spaces. Cisano, where grocery stores are located, is only 500 m.and can also be reached on foot.
The villa is equipped with Stereo with CD, WIFI internet connection, dishwasher and washing machine, and air conditioning in the three double bedrooms on the second floor.
GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, small living-room with TV, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, laundry with washing-machine (all of the rooms have access to the garden). Then up a few steps you come to a large bathroom with bath-tub and shower.
FIRST FLOOR: small reading-room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower (air conditioning in the three double bedrooms)
On the outside, close to the access to the kitchen is a large covered veranda closed with glass windows with a small living area and table for dining and a large terrace with awning furnished for dining outside.
