It has been made out of an ancient farmhouse and has been finely furnished and equipped with all comforts. On the ground floor one finds a spacious living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, a study room and a large dining room. The kitchen is made in cherry wood and antique hand painted tiles and is fitted with two dishwashers, a large fridge with freezer and an ice-cube maker. Adjacent to the kitchen a room with spacious storage room and both washing and drying machines. Under the staircase which leads up to the first floor there is a small bathroom. The first floor hosts 5 suites, each with ensuite bathroom (3 bathtubs and 2 showers) and each singularly decorated and handpainted with hues that recall the natural colours of lake Trasimeno and the surrounding olive trees. Here one also finds a cosy living area heated by an old Swedish stove in winter which opens to a panoramic veranda. On the second floor there is a beautiful parqueted mansard which hosts two double bedrooms with one bathroom and a spacious room which can be designated to reading and relaxing as well as to entertainment thanks to the big English snooker.
