On the upper floor are located 4 bedrooms with sea views and 3 bathrooms. In the courtyard of the villa, there is a large heated pool with 8 lounge chairs. The villa is completely enclosed with a wall. 4 parking spaces are available, also an outdoor gas grill, and a rustic outdoor kitchen to enjoy some quality time with your family and friends.
Premuda has three famous beaches: 'Zad crikve' , 'Na parapetu' and 'Nova plaža'. In addition, the island has multiple small bays with crystal clear waters to explore. Premuda is known for its diving spots and offers visitors a unique diving experience. The "Cathedral" is over 5 meters deep, has a bubble shape and multiple cracks through which the sunlight shines. Close to Premuda are several small islands, such as Masarine, Hrid Bračić and Lutrošnjak Island, which are very attractive for divers.
