Villa Roberto is located amongst the hills and vineyards of the Marche region, close to both Macerata and the Adriatic coast.
Surrounded by a large garden with lawn and dining table for 10-12 people, the property boasts a heated pool (10 x 5 m, open from the end of April to the end of September), equipped with gazebo, deck chairs and sun loungers.
Next to the pool there is an annex which houses a small gym (free for guests), and a laundry. Outside the annex you will find a shower, a toilet, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, perfect to cook tasty pizzas with friends.
On the first floor of the villa is also a lovely terrace with parasol and lounge area, ideal for relaxing while admiring the Marche countryside.
Moreover, at guests' disposal a private parking for 4 cars.
Internal Description
Furnished in a modern-Mediterranean style (with natural materials and warm colors), Villa Roberto is spread over 2 floors. It can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a solar panel system on the roof of the property. Internet Wifi is included.
Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to add a baby bed (for babies up to 2 years). Pets are not allowed.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a spacious and bright living area, furnished with: sofa, armchair, tv, and dining table for 8 people. Then there is an island kitchen, equipped with: oven, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster.
A bathroom with bathtub complete the floor.
First floor: The upper floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of 4 doubles, 1 twin and 3 bathrooms with shower (two of which are ensuite). Following you will find a sitting room with sofa and fireplace, and a second kitchen, provided with stove, oven and dishwasher.
