Positive: Great location halfway between Cagliari and the amazing beaches around Villasimius, about 35 mins drive to both. The house has a fab view over the sea and local beach, which is a short walk away. Its a spacious and well equipped place to stay with a roomy living area with great views, a small but well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The terrace is up behind the house to make the most of the view and amazing sunsets. There's a bar/restaurant/ shop at the top of the lane. The host was easy to contact and quick to reply. We thought a text with instructions on how to operate the barrier would be a good idea. Maybe its obvious to most people but when we arrived (tired..) we couldn't get it to open and a passer by had to show us :D

Negative: The upstairs bed was creaking and squeaking at the slightest move, maybe the frame needs tightening? But everything else was wonderful, thanks so much for a great stay!
