Positive: Absolutely beautiful hotel in the centre of Merida. The staff were friendly and really accommodating, and I loved the breakfast. Lovely pool and outdoor area and my room had an incredible shower/bath with a little plant-filled courtyard outside. Loved having my own hammock in the room to relax in, too.
Negative: No soundproofing as it's in a traditional building - bring earplugs, the noise of trucks in the street can be deafening at night!
