Villa kaplumba is a restored village house in the hills surrounding Dalyan .it has breathtaking views over the Dalyan delta , iztuzu turtle beach and the coastline beyond.
The accommodation offers three bedrooms with an open plan kitchen / diner/ lounge which opens up onto a balcony with outside gas grill and dining area to make the most of the views.
The master bedroom is large and spacious with en suite bathroom/shower and has amazing views from the windows and access to balcony.
The twin room is across the corridor and next to the main bathroom/shower.
The lounge has two sofas and arm chair , tv and views of the sea
The master suite is all about the views and is on the entire first floor.
The room is an impressive 50m square with a four post bed , it’s own bathroom and shower , a jacuzzi bath with open views of the bay , you can open the bi-fold doors relax in the bath and take it all in , in complete privacy, even the shower has a view . It also has own small kitchen with fridge.
The front of the room is completely glass and opens up onto 50m square terrace which is perfect for yoga , sunbathing or just enjoying the memorable sunsets
The master suite is accessed by its own staircase from the pool area and not connected internally. This offers flexible living accommodation should you want more privacy . It also has a large sofa that converts into a double bed should you need an extra sleeping area
The pool and garden are the perfect place to relax with outside seating platform, outside shower , bar area bbq and sun beds.
The village Gökbel , meaning “heavens port” really is just that , it’s an idyllic village nestled in the hills overlooking the amazing İztuzu turtle beach , and the mountainous coastline beyond , you’ll never tire of the views and sunset from here , perfect for those looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy nature and tranquility
There is a small local shop selling basics and a couple of restaurants nearby on the river.
You will need a car for your stay here but with many operators at the Dalaman airport which is only 20 minutes drive from the house this is easy to arrange for your arrival and drop off when you leave.
Dalyan is the nearest village/ town with supermarkets , ethnic night market and shops , there are plenty of restaurants along the river and an impressive amphitheater and roman ruins along with kings tombs carved into the mountains over the river which are a must.
There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area with all the beaches and coves and plenty of wildlife with turtles nesting on İztuzu beach and all the bird life in the delta
