The Property

The main floor features an open-concept living and dining space with a chef’s kitchen outfitted with GE Monogram appliances, KitchenAid mixer, and everything needed for gourmet cooking. A whole-house UV water filtration system ensures drinkable water throughout.
Fleetwood sliding glass walls open to the expansive terrace, where an infinity pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall takes center stage. Outdoor dining includes a Guanacaste table for 12, hanging chairs and beds, and a full BBQ kitchen.
