The house consists of 4 bedrooms, two on the first floor and two more on the second floor, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious and bright living room to enjoy moments with your family. Outside you will find a terrace with barbecue, in front of the house is the garden with the chill out area to relax, and a few meters from the pool.
The plot has fruit trees, organic garden and a large private lagoon, where you can observe many native fauna and flora, along with exotic and homemade animals.
The house is located 500m from the charming town of Els Muntells, a small town of native people in the middle of the rice fields and 1 km from the Eucaliptus urbanization and the Trabucador beach.
The town is famous for having starred in one of the episodes of the well-known TV3 show "The Foraster", which you can see in the link below. At your disposal you will have all the basic services; Food stores, an "all to 100", pharmacy, doctor, bars, restaurants, etc.
The best way to get around the place is on foot, since the town is very small and can easily be visited. Around there are countless paths that take you into the center of the delta and that you can travel on foot or by bike. On the other hand if you want to make more extensive routes, it is recommended to use the bike, which will introduce you to the beach of the trabucador with less than 15 min. At the same distance is the Ebro river where you can travel the well-known route of the Greenway.
