The villa entirely on the ground floor offers at the entrance a glazed terrace with a large dining table and a sofa. Inside there is a small living room with TV and fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and air conditioning and another dining table. Right next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a trundle bed (80cm) convertible into a double bed of 160cm with fan, another bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), TV and air conditioning, and the last bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) with air conditioning and fan. Next to it there is another bathroom with shower.
The plot with Mediterranean plants is completely fenced and the 6 x 4'5 m pool offers the perfect space to cool off. Furthermore, there is an outdoor shower, barbecue area with paellero, charcoal barbecue and gas barbecue, several open terraces and terrace with awning.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday; washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Italian coffee machine, toaster, kettle, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, paellero, etc. There is air conditioning hot/cold in the 2 bedrooms and in the kitchen. In addition there is internet wifi and Spanish TV, ASTRA satellite TV (French and German) and satellite TV (Swiss and English).Quiet location in a residential area only 950 m from the Almadrava beach of Els Poblets, the fine sandy beach is approx. 1400 m away. Directly in front of the house there is a Brazilian restaurant. At 900m there is a small supermarket and several restaurants and bars. The centre of the village Els Poblets is 950m from the villa. There you will find all the daily necessities; various shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc. Denia is 9 km from the villa and can easily be reached by car in 15 minutes.Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.
