Villa Argo is located just a few minutes from Parga Town in private and
quiet surroundings. The property is offering private parking just
before the main entrance. On the ground floor is the main entrance
opening into an equipped kitchen, family bathroom, and living room with
a patio door to the pool terrace. On the first floor are 2 en suite
bedrooms one with double bed and one with single beds, both with patio
doors to the terrace with a pool view.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace with Garden sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Additional Information

The Villa is providing an extra space for 2 more persons with
additional charge of €20 per bed (max 2 extra beds). The Villa is
offering cleaning service, linen and towels changing every 3rd day or 2
times during a stay of 7 days. The additional 5th and 6th person from
5-11 years will be charged €10 per person per night in an extra bed.
The additional 5th and 6th person from 12 years and above will be
charged €20 per person per night in an extra bed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
